At this time we are happy to refund eligible, unused items within 14 days of purchase.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in brand-new condition as you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. We appreciate your patience as all moving parts come together.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. At this time we do not refund any shipping fees incurred with your purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. Prices for shipping and handling are based on weight/size/travel distance of package.
Due to Covid-19 and current restrictions put in place by the State of California, adjustments have been made to our warehouse operations and our fulfilment times are currently 1-3 business days after receiving your order.
Due to high volume, USPS may experience delivery delays. Expected delivery times are currently 2-5 business days after processing. We appreciate your patience as we navigate these unusual times with grace!
Shipping costs are non-refundable from the original order. If you receive a refund upon an approved return, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
At this time we do not offer return shipping coverage.
